I am an award-winning instructional designer and e-learning developer with over 13 years of professional experience in adult learning. I hold a master’s degree in Adult Education and Instructional Design/Training Theory and have designed and developed training solutions for companies across various industries. I pride myself in partnering with clients to elevate their training experiences from merely ‘meh’ to modern, targeted, effective, and engaging!

How can we design the training so that it is easy to access and will meet the learners in their time of need?

How do we present the training content in a way that drives engagement and increases retention?

What opportunities can we design that allows learners to try things out for themselves?

What future opportunities can we provide to reinforce the new knowledge and behaviors?
