Owner & President
Brian J. Lanza, M.Ed.
Over the past 13 years working in adult education I have designed and developed training solutions for clients across numerous industries. These include financial and accounting services, leadership and management consulting, human resources, information technology, hotel and restaurant services, and the U.S. government. My mission with Lighthouse Learning Solutions, LLC is to serve as a learning consultant and trusted business partner for my clients, guiding them in the creation of digital learning solutions that are targeted, engaging, and impactful for their audiences.
Outside of the workplace I am an avid runner and cyclist who also enjoys hiking and traveling whenever the opportunity arises. I love to attend live sporting events and am an avid fan of New York sports teams — go Giants, Yankees, and Islanders! I live just outside of Raleigh, North Carolina with my beautiful wife, Martha; my two awesome children, Ana and Benjamin; and two fur babies, Bailey and Frankie.
